3jeta Terms & Conditions — Please read carefully before use

1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 3jeta platform (https://3jeta.net) and its users. 3jeta is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

By using any 3jeta service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 3jeta.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bengali version is kept up to date for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 3jeta, the following requirements must be met:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID or passport may be required for age verification.
• Single Account: Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity is not permitted.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and contact details at registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Active mobile number: A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required. The number will be verified through an OTP confirmation.
• Geographic Restrictions: 3jeta only serves users from approved countries. Account registration is not available from restricted countries.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. 3jeta may request additional verification documents at any time and may suspend the account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

3 User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If your account is hacked or accessed without authorization, notify the support team immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3jeta:

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to obtain bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Collaborative Betting: Colluding with others to deliberately lose on one side in order to benefit another.
• System hacking: Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or algorithms.
• Account transfer: Selling or transferring your account to another person.

4 Payment & Deposit Policy

3jeta accepts payments through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 BDT.

Important things to keep in mind when making a deposit:

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support with your reference number.
• 3jeta does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Once a deposit has been credited to your account, it cannot be reversed.
• The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account type and verification level.

3jeta reserves the right to investigate suspicious payment transactions. Funds associated with an ongoing investigation may be temporarily placed on hold.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• KYC required: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Same method: Withdrawals are generally returned via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Processing time: Typically 15 minutes to 2 hours. Large amounts or cases requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. Exceeding these limits will require additional verification.

If a technical error results in an incorrect withdrawal amount, 3jeta reserves the right to adjust it to the correct amount. Deliberately exploiting technical errors is prohibited.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

3jeta offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: For new members only. Each user is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager a specified multiple (typically 20x–40x) of the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawing.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or categories.
• Betting Limits: The maximum single bet allowed using bonus funds is generally ৳500 BDT. Placing a higher bet may result in the bonus being forfeited.

3jeta reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus terms are violated, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

3jeta has separate rules for Sports Betting and casino gaming. The general rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical error, the full stake will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled after it has started, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is certified by an independent third party.
• Odds displayed in live betting can change at any moment. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in.

3jeta reserves the right to delay payment on winnings above a certain amount for verification purposes. This is carried out in line with international anti-money laundering standards.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

3jeta believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. Responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do.

3jeta provides the following tools free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set limits on individual bets or your total daily betting amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.

9 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

3jeta reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice. An account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of being underage.
• Operating an account from a restricted country.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned upon closure; however, bonus funds will not be refunded.

10 Dispute Resolution Process

For any complaints or disputes, please contact the 3jeta customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

Steps in the Complaint Process:

Complaint deadline: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Complaints received after this period may not be accepted.

11 Terms & Conditions Update Policy

3jeta reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Changes will be made following the process outlined below:

• For minor changes, a notice will be posted on the website.
• For major or significant changes, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance via your registered email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account and any valid balance will be refunded.
